Terms & Conditions

  1. Services Offered: The services offered by Kuyay Munay Yachay ("the Shaman") include but are not limited to Soulmate & Twin Flame Reunion Ceremonies and Energetic Purification sessions.

  2. Ceremony Details: The Soulmate & Twin Flame Reunion Ceremony consists of seven ceremonies, each lasting 30 minutes, conducted over seven consecutive days. The Energetic Purification session consists of three ceremonies, each lasting 30 minutes, conducted over three consecutive days.

  3. Client Requirements: Clients must provide accurate and complete information, including full names, birthdates, a photo of themselves and their partner, and a detailed description of their relationship and issues faced.

  4. Payment: Payment is required prior to the commencement of the ceremonies. All transactions are processed securely through our online platform.

  5. Confidentiality: All client information is treated with the utmost confidentiality and will not be disclosed to third parties. After reviewing the information provided, it will be promptly deleted from our records.

  6. Results: While every effort is made to facilitate positive outcomes, results may vary depending on individual circumstances and energies involved. The Shaman does not guarantee specific results but strives to create a conducive environment for healing and transformation.

  7. Cancellation Policy: Clients may cancel their booking and receive a full refund if cancellation is made before the commencement of the ceremonies. Once the ceremonies have begun, refunds will not be provided.

  8. Legal Disclaimer: The Shaman is not a licensed therapist or medical professional. The services provided are spiritual and holistic in nature and should not be considered a substitute for professional medical or psychological advice or treatment.

  9. Client Responsibility: Clients are responsible for their own well-being and decisions. It is recommended that clients consult with a qualified professional for any medical, psychological, or legal concerns.

  10. Acceptance of Terms: By engaging in the services provided by the Shaman, clients agree to these Terms and Conditions in their entirety.
